New Mechanochemical Cross-linking

Junpeng, with help from former undergraduate researcher Ilya Piskun, has published a second demonstration of strain-induced cross-linking — this time based on a benzocyclobutene mechanophore developed previously by the Moore group at Illinois.  Their paper, “Mechanochemical Strengthening of a Multi-mechanophore Benzocyclobutene Polymer” is now available at ACS Macro Letters.   Congratulations, Junpeng & Ilya!
