Mechanical Allosteric Reactivity

Congrats to Junpeng & Tatiana, whose paper “Mechanical Gating of a Mechanochemical Reaction Cascade” has been published in Nature Communications.  The paper describes how fused mechanophores can be structured in order to actuate mechanochemical reactions in sequence, and, as a bonus, includes new quantitative insights into certain retrocycloaddition reactions.
