Collaboration with Kulik published in ACS Central Science

Congratulations to Jafer, whose work on a fabulous project led by Ilia Kevlishvili and Heather Kulik has been published in ACS Central Science!  The paper, “High-Throughput Discovery of Ferrocene Mechanophores with Enhanced Reactivity and Network Toughening,” describes how fundamental insights from MONET combine with state-of-the-art computational methods to enable the data-driven discovery of new compositions of matter with enhanced mechanical properties.   Even better, we obtained some new mechanistic insights that we weren’t expecting!  Read more here.
